Short and sweet: Brooklyn Bodega (unofficially) kicked off the Brooklyn Hip Hop Festival season by bringing together many of the past year’s Show & Prove contestants. GNU, Aquil, Sleepwalkas, Brown Bag All Stars, Gypsy Flesh, Prophit, Children of the Night, Brokn.Englsh & Kalae All Day put on a great show and proved to all in attendance what aspiring artists need to separate themselves from the pack. DJ Brina Payne inspired a massive Wu-Tang cipher…that’s HIP HOP!
